CD Jacket


Personal C-D Cover

You are producing your first album. Because you are on a shoe-string budget, you are doing all the graphics for the CD cover. Remember, it needs to attract attention of the shopper.

  1. Your image must be on the Cover or Back. Use a digital camera or cell phone camera to get the image. You may access Snapfish or Photobucket accounts to acquire photos Using your knowledge of Photoshop, embellish the photo to achieve the effect you want.
  2. Use your knowledge of text effects to create a title.
  3. The back must include the track list. Be creative when naming your songs. Include time.
  4. The template for the project is in the Student Commons/Boccini/CD Jacket Project.
  5. Include the Compact Disc Digital Audio logo and  bar code.
  6. You may choose to use the “Parental Advisory” logo on the front of your jacket.
  7. Include the disclamer:

  1. Include your company logo.
  2. Cut out with an X-acto knife, score and fold. Place in jewel case.

The finished product must be submitted inside a jewel case.
